Frank Fischer is Associate Professor for Digital Humanities at Higher School of Economics, Moscow, and director of DARIAH-EU, the pan-European digital infrastructure for the Arts and Humanities. He studied Computer Science and Literature in Leipzig and London and is an Ancien Pensionnaire de l'École Normale Supérieure in Paris. He received his PhD from the University of Jena for a study of revenge in Enlightenment drama and is the editor-in-chief of DraCor, a platform for digital research on European drama (https://dracor.org/).
