Russian Studies Workshop

Yacov Zohn is from Marseille, but grew up in Mexico and the USA. He did his bachelors at Nazareth College and his masters at Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia in International Studies. He used to play semi professional soccer, which has influenced his academic interests. He wishes to explore the politics of the Cold War Europe through the lens of soccer for his PhD.
