Russian Studies Workshop

Elisha Henry is a PhD student in the Department of History at Georgetown University. Her primary research interests include Soviet and Cold War history, information history, and strategic messaging. An active duty Air Force officer, Elisha holds a B.S. in History at the U.S. Air Force Academy and an MPP from the University of Maryland School of Public Policy.
