Wondy Joseph is a recent graduate of Indiana University with an M.A. in Russian and East European Studies. Her research interests include health care reform, quality of life and life expectancy in Russia. Her M.A. thesis, chaired by Dr. Marianne Kamp, analyzed trends in increasing maternal mortality in Russia during the 1990s. In 2019, she was awarded the Boren Fellowship to study Russian in Kazakhstan. She currently works for the U.S. federal government.
